  • Pages visited, time spent on the platform, and general usage patterns
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

c) Information from Third Parties

  • Where our Services are used to process payments, our third-party payment processors provide us with transaction confirmations, amounts, and status (we do not store your full card or bank details — this is handled directly and securely by our licensed payment processing partners)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our platforms and dashboards
  • Process dues, fees, and event payments on behalf of institutions and associations
  • Generate receipts, payment records, and reports for institutions and their members
  • Communicate with you regarding your account, payments, or updates
  • Improve, secure, and troubleshoot our Services
  • Comply with legal obligations under Nigerian law

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • The institution or association you are a registered member of, to the extent necessary for them to manage their dues, records, and communications
  • Licensed, regulated payment processors, solely for the purpose of completing transactions
  • Service providers who support our technical infrastructure (e.g. hosting providers), under obligations to protect your data
  • Regulatory or law enforcement authorities, where required by law

Any third party we share information with is required to handle it securely and only for the purpose for which it was shared.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
